Shabbat Services
We are happy that we have had a full Shabbat service thanks to our “regulars” and new members. We would like to thank the men and women who came to Shabbat morning services during the past few months.
Of note, with the approach of winter we will need more members to join us to ensure we will have a full Shabbat service.
We hope more people will join us so our shule will continue to serve the community as Bet Tefila - a house of prayers, as well as Bet Midrash - a house of study, and Bet Knesset - a house of gathering for social and communal events.
Children's Program
Once a month we will be offering a children's program so that parents are able to join us in the service. There will be stories, games and refreshments.
From: 10:00am - 11:30am
Saturday, November 14 Saturday, December 12 Saturday, January 09, 2010
Kosher Wines at the LCBO
The LCBO store on Scottsdale and Stone Rd. is stocking a variety of Kosher wines in a dedicated section marked "Kosher" (next to the Sake). They will continue to carry the larger wine variety as long as sales continue to be good! See the website for a full selection list.
Special Kiddush this Shabbat - Parashat Noach
It is customary for those who were honored on Simchat Torah to sponsor a kidush.
Avraham Mishkin and Cantor Avraham Fisher will sponsor a Kidush this coming Shabbat, October 24.
